Ingredients
- fresh ripe tomatoes, washed and sliced
- good quality olive oil
- good quality balsamic vinegar
- sea salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- fresh cilantro, basil or lemon thyme
- fresh grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (optional)
Instructions
- Place sliced tomatoes on a plate so they aren’t overlapping too much.
- Drizzle with oil and vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese, if using.
