I was wrong

When I went to Wisconsin, I was expecting little more than fish and cheese. The swiveling, 3-foot mechanical mouse at Green Bay Airport did little to dissuade me. It offered a platter of cheese to passersby. I didn’t stop to see if the cheese was as artificial as the mouse.

During the course of my stay, I learned the local food movement is alive and well in Wisconsin. Since it’s Tuesday, I blogged a bit at the Accidental Hedonist about one of the chefs I met in America’s Dairyland.

The photo is of her donuts. Need more convincing?
