Love Paris? Can’t get there this spring? How about the next best thing – learning to make some favourite Parisian treats – both sweet and savoury!
In this hands-on class, we’ll be preparing a classic French tea-time treats: profiteroles and gourgeres. We’ll demonstrate the technique for making a savoury batter, then you and your teammate will get to work making your own sweet version. You’ll learn to make Chantilly cream by hand in order to fill your profiteroles as well as a chocolate glaze for dipping on top. Our savoury version will be made with cheese and served warm. Come join us for a fun afternoon of fine French baking.
