    Ah yes, the mug collection that is normally housed on the wooden shelf on the wall near the coffeemaker in your kitchen.
    That collection causes the Waterloo Potters’ Guild to rejoice when they see me coming to the show because I’m now building my own collection of pottery mugs after being inspired by yours. Even my daughter has a pintsize pottery cup and mug.

    Building this collection has been one of my joys. I find I savor the acquisition process as much as the mugs themselves — or the beverage they hold.

    I love that your daughter is already learning to love hand-thrown pottery. What a lovely heirloom.

    I love you sis, but it wasn’t a wordless post – did you really think you could go cold turkey when it came to words?
    For me the picture is suggesting a tea break – with cookies. Raspberry tea with gingersnaps.
